Guidelines for experiences and comments
Kontaktpunkt24 should be a safe place, both for you who share and for those you write about. The same rules apply to comments.
Age
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and share an experience. All guides and resources can be read by anyone, regardless of age, without an account. No one should give identifiable information about themselves or others, regardless of age.
What you can share
- What happened when you dealt with a public service, and how you experienced it.
- What worked, what did not work, and what you wish had been different.
- Advice for others in a similar situation.
What must not be included
- Full names of private individuals, without consent. Use roles: "the caseworker", "the doctor".
- Information that could identify children.
- National ID numbers, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and documents containing such information.
- Sensitive personal information about others, for example health information.
- Threats, personal attacks, hateful statements and harassment.
- Serious accusations against individuals presented as facts without being able to be documented.
- Advertising and links.
What happens if something breaks the rules?
Automatic checking holds back posts that appear to contain personal information. All posts can be reported. We may remove, anonymise, or ask you to rewrite posts that break the guidelines. We respond to reports as quickly as we can. You can edit or delete your own posts and comments yourself.
Remember
The experiences are personal accounts and are not fact-checked by Kontaktpunkt24. We are not a law firm, an authority or a healthcare provider.
